Vaibe.ai is an AI app designed to improve everyday life. Platform prides itself in keeping up with new AI trends and functionality that is suitable for the general public. Therefore, the solution must be easily accessible, extensible and user-friendly.

Vaibe.ai
Vaibe.ai applies artificial intelligence to generate texts, images, voice, 3D avatars and transform visuals from text. The solution enables easy use of AI without its deep knowledge and implements over 40 AI models. The application was created primarily for the Czech and Slovak market, exclusively by Czech developers.
An unreliable supplier blocking development
Vaibe.ai originally involved a vendor who proved to be unreliable. The Vaibe.ai were at the stage prior to the first monetization and had a huge amount of technology debt. As the industry grows rapidly, a lot of different competing solutions arise and hence the need to keep up with very frequent AI innovations to keep the app happy users.
What they needed was a reliable and proactive partner to take the app functionally and qualitatively from first paying customers to sustainable profitability.
Creating new AI features consistently
We have analyzed the product roadmap and the level of technology debt. From this we put together an implementation plan with the Vaibe.ai team, which was successfully completed.
Some of the key parts of the delivery included integrating the Stripe payment system and setting up related payment processes, extending it with new AI features, localizing it for different language markets, measuring marketing conversions and optimizing the source code.
Vaibe.ai can also: AI models text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video and text-to-speech Model examples: DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Kandinsky, FLUX, Pre-prompted templates for the mentioned models, Faceswap for face replacement in generated images, Inpainting for object manipulation in images, a talking 3D avatar combining text-to-speech and lipsync.

Evolution from the original state of the application
After we took over the application from the prior vendor, it turned out that the first features required, such as completing the basic payment gateway integration or setting up discount coupons, could not be delivered in a simple and high-quality way.
Therefore, the primary challenge was to come up with a balance between on-time delivery of the required functionality, refactoring the source code, and doing it within the budget.
A growing community of loyal users
With mutual passion for AI and excellent communication, the Vaibe.ai team and I achieved the difficult result of a stable profitable application. Now, Vaibe.ai has a wide stable base of regular paying users and over 10 thousand Czech subscribers on social networks and communities.
We are still managing the app and are looking for common avenues with the Vaibe.ai team, such as the aiprofirmy.cz portal, through which we're linking Vaibe.ai and Kanbu.ai, our spin-off, to take our Czech company to the next level through AI.
