Vision
To be the autonomous leading agency for the development of customized SaaS solutions. To provide software stably, with high quality and many times faster than competitors, thanks to an open-source architectural core. Rise into a startup incubator that acts as a supplier and investor of these solutions.
We are a bunch of punks who like to let our creativity run wild. But at the same time, building long-term partnerships for web and AI application development is key for us.
Who are we
We are a group of professionals in software development, but we also are friends with tight bonds and a sharing ambition to creatively create original solutions. We are artists and athletes. We enjoy fair and equal collaboration, where we pull together with clients and internal colleagues.
What we do
We design unique and modern customised web and mobile applications that are not available on the market, using modern yet affordable approaches. Our development covers from idea and research, through design, programming and testing to long-term support. Our focus is on the construction, sports, e-commerce and financial sectors.
Here's what we don't do
Project with no vision and great potential, single-minded and repetitive work, unmanaged processes, debates with no goal or outcome, activities with a disregard for personal touch and humanity.
The way we do it
We pick bold and innovative ideas with a clear problem carefully. We pursue solutions in a simple, effective, quality-controlled manner. We enter into ESOPs with primary stake holders over the solution, i.e. we share incentives over entities or sales. Radically open communication, quality and drive are essential to us.
Why we do it
We are keen to leave behind long-used products with high added value for the company. We enjoy trying new challenges, keeping up with trends, pushing ourselves forward and passing on know-how. We like to be part of important technological changes.
Our values
Honesty
To build relationships and trust, to be honest, to keep our word, to work together for the long term and to reward each other equally according to the value we add.
- Example: we do projects we believe in with people we trust, and when we shake someone's hand on something, it pays. When it goes wrong, we look for solutions, not excuses.
Accountability
Emphasis on accuracy, straightforwardness and quality of deliverables, independence, efficiency, punctuality of deadlines, value for money, product insight.
- Example: deliver projects as expected, on time, at an affordable price and with quality. We are able to pass deliverables on without vendor-lock if required.
Courage
To not be afraid of own opinions, important decisions and changes, to take reasonable risks, to look for innovations and challenges, to openly communicate without sauce, to think critically.
- Example: We continuously respond to market changes, trends and new technologies. We tell each other everything directly and frankly. Instead of talking about problems, we prefer to get our hands dirty.
Entertainment
Self-help, solving complex problems, creatively making something personal and meaningful, breaking down repetitive activities, pushing yourself, feeling autonomy, personal freedom and flexibility.
