AI assistant for team management

The SpiritCore project represents the first step toward creating an AI tool that helps coaches, mentors, and other creators in the online education space manage a team without a project manager. The conscious AI assistant within the application supports delegation, planning, and team communication, without requiring users to have technical knowledge.

SpiritCore is an AI-first web application aimed at simplifying project management in companies that operate without a project manager and supporting effective collaboration of small teams in expert-driven online businesses. It is a spin-off of the educational platform Kalibrace duše, which offers courses in personal development and conscious entrepreneurship.
The team wants to work on tasks, not manage them
Founders of educational projects often remain overloaded with operations and people management. Traditional tools like Trello or Asana do not address the context of team collaboration or individual team members’ competencies. Jana Mucherl therefore looked for a way to transfer the concept of “conscious management” into a single simple tool so that she could lead the team intuitively, without unnecessary administration.
An AI agent that helps with team management
We analyzed the product roadmap and the level of technical debt. Based on this, together with the Vaibe.ai team, we created an implementation plan that was successfully completed.
Key parts of the delivery included the integration of the Stripe payment system and the setup of related financial processes, expansion with new AI features, localization for different language markets, marketing conversion tracking, and source code optimization.
Dazbog.ai also supports: AI models text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, and text-to-speech. Example models: DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Kandinsky, FLUX Pre-prompted templates for the mentioned models, Faceswap for face swapping in generated images, Inpainting for manipulating objects in images, talking 3D avatar combining text-to-speech and lipsync.

Self-guided onboarding and natural AI
The key challenge was finding a balance between technology and humanity — the AI needs to feel natural while still providing accurate recommendations. Another challenge was creating onboarding that requires no IT knowledge while ensuring the protection of sensitive data. The team also focused on visual clarity and process simplicity that reflect the client’s spiritual brand philosophy.
From idea to a functional MVP
A functional application prototype was created, ready to validate the value of AI in managing small teams. SpiritCore is now testing with end users whether the combination of AI, leadership, and a personal approach represents a viable direction for the evolution of modern project management. The solution is well prepared for expansion into a SaaS product.
