The Všímavec app is an innovative mobile platform designed for parents and children that helps develop emotional skills, increase resilience to stress, and improve the quality of family relationships. It is not just another educational app – it is a tool built on proven psychological approaches and parenting strategies that support the long-term well-being of both children and parents.

The mobile application Všímavec focuses on developing children’s emotional education through gamification. Its unique value lies in a playful approach to improving attention and understanding emotions through stories and activities featuring the cat Všímavec. The application also provides support for parents and schools in promoting children’s emotional well-being.
Emphasis on the importance of emotional development despite limited time
Parents today face major challenges in supporting their children’s emotional development:
- Lack of high-quality digital tools for parents: Many parents are looking for ways to feel more confident in providing emotional support to their children.
- Integration into daily routines: Tools must be designed so they can be easily used in everyday situations.
- Social pressure and the impact of the digital environment: Parents face new challenges (e.g. screen addiction, age-inappropriate content, social media).
The goal was to offer a solution that would become a natural part of everyday family life.
A playful app that guides children through emotions
We created a platform that combines:
- Short, scientifically grounded interventions and guidance for parents.
- The ability to better understand children’s emotions.
- Features that support everyday activities, such as lessons and exercises for issues with concentration or sleep.
- Accessibility and simple UX, so even less tech-savvy users feel comfortable.
- Clear instructions and tools for managing emotions in everyday life.

What troubles us online when raising children
Parent education: Many parents are unsure how to support their children’s emotional education. Integration into everyday routines: Parents often struggle to incorporate focus and mindfulness practices into daily life. Diversity of needs: Each child may require an individual approach, which can be challenging for a unified solution. Social topics: Parents express concerns about their children’s future in relation to modern challenges such as social media and others.
Improved usability and adoption
The application is designed with a strong focus on ease of use and accessibility, allowing users with no prior experience in focus or emotion-management practices to navigate the content easily and apply it in everyday situations. Integration into daily routines is supported by features that can be used across different parts of the day—from morning preparations to evening bedtime rituals. And the children? They look forward to stories with the cat Všímavec.
