GenX is a Czech company focused on personalized healthcare through laboratory diagnostics. It offers its customers comprehensive services in the areas of blood analysis, interpretation of results, and tailor-made dietary supplement recommendations. It uses modern laboratory technologies and in-house supplement development to provide solutions customized for each individual.

GenX.cz, a rapidly growing brand in the field of functional nutrition, faced a challenge in the form of manual validation of unprocessed samples, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. At the same time, they needed high-quality and structured data collection on test results and customer feedback. It was also necessary to simplify the website’s user interface in order to increase form completion rates and improve the overall customer experience. Without automation and optimization of these processes, it would not have been possible to keep pace with the company’s growth and effectively respond to customer needs.
We analyzed the key operations of GenX.cz and designed solutions that significantly improved the efficiency of data collection, order management, and customer feedback. We implemented automatic detection of unprocessed samples using a script connected to the e-shop’s XML export, eliminating the need for manual checks.
We also modified the administrative interface to enable faster and more accurate entry of test results and feedback, allowing easy data categorization and export for analysis. The UX of the website forms was simplified so that customers can provide feedback within 30 seconds even on mobile, which led to a significant increase in completion rates.
Thanks to these solutions, GenX.cz now obtains high-quality customer data in real time, enabling faster responses and more effective management of product development.

As a rapidly growing brand in the field of functional nutrition, GenX.cz was looking for ways to better respond to customer needs while keeping operational costs under control.

We implemented a script connected to the e-shop XML export that evaluates the age of samples on a daily basis. The system automatically generates a table with an overview of older orders and sends it to the team by email. This prevented samples from being overlooked and completely eliminated the need for manual checks.
We improved the administrative part of the system to enable faster entry of measurement results and feedback. Users can now select from structured options as well as add free text. The data is better categorized and easily exportable for analytics, which speeds up the development team’s response and improves product development management.
We simplified the feedback form that customers fill out after testing. The updated UX allows completion on mobile within 30 seconds, which led to a significant increase in completion rates. Backend validation prevents incorrect inputs, while the front end remains simple and clear.
