###How we started and where we are going: The Story of Utima It all started in early 2023. It was when a group of software development experts, friends with strong bonds and a shared ambition, decided to create something unique. After stable and well-paid freelance positions, we started with modest means. The photo is from the Moravian Library in Brno where Jakub (Founder and CEO) worked, and where Utima started.

Our original goal was not to start a company but to do quality work and create interesting projects where fair and equal cooperation becomes the basis for everything we do. What was important in the beginning, and still is today, is to pull together - whether it's working with our clients or among us freelancers at the time.

Today we are a software agency composed of professionals with more than 10 years of experience. We specialize in building web and mobile SaaS applications and custom AI for startups. But we don't stop there - we invest in projects in the form of ESOPs and create generic open-source architecture. Our focus is broad, from AI to web3 to gaming and construction industries. In our first year on the market, we have tried many new challenges and achieved significant success.

###Our vision Our vision is to become the leading autonomous agency for the development of customized SaaS solutions, with a focus on startups. We want to deliver software stably, with high quality, and much faster than our competitors, thanks to our open-source architectural core. Our goal is to become a startup incubator of custom SaaS complementary products - not only a supplier but also an investor in these solutions.

###What drives us? We are passionate about creative and innovative ideas that solve specific problems without existing solutions on the market. We love to create unique and modern web and mobile applications that are simple, original, and affordable. Our work encompasses the entire development process: from idea and research, to design, programming, and testing, to long-term support. We choose each project carefully, always with a bold and innovative approach, and implement solutions in an efficient and controlled manner.

###Our values At Utima, we emphasize radically open communication, quality and drive. We enter into ESOPs with key stakeholders over solutions, sharing incentives and creating a true partnership that delivers value to all stakeholders.

We love challenges, we want to keep up with trends, push ourselves further and pass on our know-how.
